Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Estoy de acuerdo con tu reflexión. Cierto es que la consideración de lícito tendría que concretarse en un mejora del producto, servicio o profundizar más en cualquier tema que nos interese y que como resultado nos amplíe en mayor o menor medida nuestros conocimientos, pero también ofrecernos nuevas dudas que nos sacuda los cimientos de muestras ideas acomodadas.
Por otra parte la creatividad como reflexionas en tu texto muy bien argumentado nos limita a aquello que actualmente se adolece, no en general claro, de la capacidad, del esfuerzo que hay que realizar para ser creativo, para encontrar una solución a una inquietud que tenemos y queremos transformar en algo.

Muy acertado tu artículo. Quizás haya llegado el momento de replantearse ciertas normas. ¿Debemos calificar un acto de mejora como copia? Hay veces que se encuentra una oportunidad de desarrollo en un producto, ¿por qué no implementarla?¿Acaso estamos obligados a renunciar a disfrutar de nuevas funcionalidades, características, diseños, etc. por el mero hecho de estar basados en un modelo anterior en el tiempo?
Creo que ha llegado la hora en que las empresas deberían replantearse cómo utilizar sus patentes, cómo protegerlas y cómo difundirlas.
El mundo no es lo que era hace unos años, y no será el mismo cuando pasen otros cuantos. Vivimos en una constante evolución: biológica, sociológica, económica y tecnológica. Tal vez la creativa es la próxima.
Coincido plenamente contigo en la reflexión que haces sobre la creatividad. Posiblemente, el acto espontáneo, el momento de inspiración y la bombilla que se enciende estén reservados al talento y/o la capacidad innata de cada uno, pero no es la creatividad en sí. Se puede aprender a ser creativo, pero no a crear compulsivamente.
